Cancellations

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 15 days of the product’s delivery.Returned items must meet the following conditions: unused, in the original condition as received, and with intact packaging. To complete the return process, we require you to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service at megan@remedsuture.com to confirm the return address.(Note: Custom-made products are not eligible for the 15-day no-reason return service.)

If the return is caused by reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the selected courier company.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt, and at the same time inform you whether your refund application has been approved. If approved, the refund will enter the processing stage and will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment account within a certain number of working days (usually 5 to 10 working days)

Defective Products & Warranty

If you receive a defective product (e.g., damaged packaging, expired items, or manufacturing defects), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos/videos of the defect and your order details. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Customs detained packages

If the goods are held due to failure in customs clearance, please opt to instruct the customs to destroy the package. We will arrange to resend a new package to you.
